Dal Bolognese Miami will open next October in the prestigious setting of the Brickell Bay Tower, on the Bay of Key Biscayne, between artificial islands and villas of the most famous international stars, the same that when they fly to Rome or Milan make a stop in the most famous restaurant in Emilia.
The staff will be directly selected by the owners, to provide an attentive and professional service and recreate the elegant and reserved atmosphere that has made Dal Bolognese unique in his homeland.
The main feature will naturally be the menu, which will include the dishes that have made great Emilia and Italy, from traditional salami to the ever-present fried gnocco, from tortellini in broth to tagliatelle alla bolognese, through green lasagna, from the cart “of boiled meat (a real treat for connoisseurs) to veal cutlets, passing the monkfish salad.
The only variation compared to the proposals of the Italian offices will be the bar, which will offer a wide selection of cocktails, which will also have the best labels of white, red and sparkling wines, from all over Italy and beyond.
With the awareness that this will be only the first stage of a journey that will bring traditional Emilian cuisine outside the borders of Italy, the property has launched an exclusive “Privilege Card”, which will allow its owners (which may be maximum 100) to taste the specialties of the restaurant in all the locations around the world, taking advantage of special benefits for them.
